Websites that
get you called
Buyers form an opinion about your business before they ever talk to you. Most heavy equipment and contractor websites don’t reflect the quality of the company behind them. Yours doesn’t have to be one of them.
// WHAT YOU GET
FOUR STEPS.
ONE SITE THAT CONVERTS.
// STEP 01 / 04
01
STRATEGY & DISCOVERY
Before we design a single page, we understand your buyer.
We figure out who your buyers are, what they’re looking for, and what’s stopping them from picking up the phone. Those answers shape everything that comes after: the messaging, the design, the structure.
- Buyer and competitor research before any design begins
- Site architecture shaped by how your specific buyer makes decisions
- Clear scope and timeline before work begins
// STEP 02 / 04
02
CONTENT & COPY
Design without copy produces pretty sites that don't convert. We Write first.
The copy is written the way your buyers actually talk about the equipment, the work, and the problems they’re trying to solve. Keywords and AI search are part of the copy from the start, not added after — so tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity can find your pages when buyers are researching.
- Copy written for your specific buyer
- Keyword strategy planned from day one
- Structured so Google and AI tools know exactly what you sell
// STEP 03 / 04
03
CUSTOM DESIGN
With copy in hand, the design follows it. Clean, fast, and made to move buyers toward a call.
The design comes from your brand and your buyer, not a stock theme. Every layout choice has one goal: making it easy for a buyer to find what they need and reach out. And your site works just as well on a phone as it does on a desktop.
- Custom design, not a template
- Built mobile-first, because that's where most buyers start
- Fast load times so buyers stay long enough to take action
// STEP 04 / 04
04
DEVELOPMENT & LAUNCH
Built, tested, and ready to start generating leads.
We build the site, test everything before it goes live, and verify speed, mobile, forms, and tracking. The day it launches it’s working as it should, and we keep it that way.
- Full QA before launch
- Google Analytics and Search Console configured
- Walkthrough of what was built and how it performs
+ Post-Launch
ONGOING SUPPORT
Your site doesn't slow down, break, or fall behind after launch.
A site that isn’t maintained quietly stops working. Plugins conflict, forms stop submitting, pages slow down, and Google notices. We handle the technical side and the ongoing updates so your site keeps performing the way it did on day one.
- Security monitoring, updates, and daily backups
- Up to 5 hours of edits per month
- Hosting and performance handled

// Heavy Equipment Dealer
JET-VAC EQUIPMENT COMPANY
Old site ranked for the wrong searches and converted almost nothing. We redesigned it for how municipal procurement teams actually research — equipment-specific landing pages, spec-level detail, structured for both Google and AI search. The result: a 299% lead increase in twelve months.

// Heavy Equipment Manufacturer
RAMVAC BY Sewer equipment
A generalist site that buried the spec sheets buyers actually needed. We restructured it by product line and buyer intent, with AI search discoverability designed in — built for both the engineer comparing units and the AI tool that surfaces them. On that new foundation, $31,500 in ad spend turned into $4.8M in net new pipeline.

PCM Services
A brochure site that buried services and made repeat customers hunt for a phone number. We focused the new site on the two things every visitor actually came for: what PCM does and how to reach them. Services laid out clearly, contact options on every page, and a path to a real human in two taps.

ESKOLA Roofing & Waterproofing
Eskola had built a real brand voice over the years — “We Stop Leaks. You Protect What Matters.” The old site had the line, but it was lost in a generic light template, a job-opportunities banner across the top, and a handful of competing buttons. The new site makes that line the centerpiece — a bold, branded hero — clears the clutter, and points every visitor toward one clear action.

// Commercial Contractor
Tri-City Roofing
The original site looked like every other roofing template on the internet. No specific offer, no urgency, and a phone number you had to look for. The new site makes one promise — a free inspection within 24–48 hours — and puts a form, a phone number, and a call button on the first screen. Customers don’t have to think about how to get in touch.

Blair Commercial Roofing
Blair has been doing commercial roofing since 1965 and has the certifications to prove it: GAF Master Elite, Carlisle Authorized, 2X ESP Award. None of that was visible on the old site, which led with a stock photo of a conference room. The new site puts the credentials, the years, and aerial photography of real jobs in front of every visitor before they scroll.
// BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF
WHO THIS
WORKS FOR.
GREAT FIT
- You're a heavy equipment manufacturer or dealer whose website doesn't reflect the quality of what you sell.
- You're a commercial contractor losing jobs to competitors with a stronger online presence.
- You have real work to show: project photos, client references, credentials that prove you're the real thing.
- You want a foundation that supports SEO, AI search, and lead generation — not a site you'll have to rebuild in two years.
- You want one agency that understands your industry to build it and keep it running.
Not a Fit
- You want the cheapest option. There are cheaper agencies. They produce cheaper results.
- You need something live in two weeks.
- You're not willing to be involved in the process. Good websites require your input on your business, your buyers, and your goals.
